The wedding weekend at a glance
Four days, one address, nobody in a car.
A hotel wedding splits the weekend across three venues and a shuttle schedule. Here, the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, the reception, and the beds are all on the same property.
Thursday — Arrival, rehearsal dinner, bridesmaids
The Escalade collects your party from Augusta Regional. Chef-catered rehearsal dinner in the sunroom, then the bridesmaids move to the Magnolia dining room for their own table and their own night.
Friday — Welcome cocktails, ceremony rehearsal
Walk the deck and the lawn with your officiant in the afternoon. Welcome cocktails at six under the string lights while the groom’s dinner sets up downstairs.
Saturday — Ceremony and reception
Seating for forty on the deck or the lawn. Cocktail hour on the putting-green side, chef-catered reception dinner at the long table, and dancing until the fire pit takes over.
Sunday — Farewell brunch
Brunch in the sunroom for whoever is still standing, then airport drop-offs in the Escalade while the couple stays on in the honeymoon suite.

The honeymoon suite
The wedding night stays in the house.
The Magnolia master is the reason couples stay on after the party. It has its own wing of the main home, its own door onto the upper deck, and a bath built for the morning after.

The Wilkshire is three separately-entered homes at one address. That is what lets the couple, the parents, and the wedding party share a weekend without sharing a hallway — and it is why nobody is shuttling between hotels at midnight.

A 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with its own entrance, eat-in kitchen, and a slate patio. Quiet, level, and easy for grandparents to come and go from.

The Dogwood
A 2-bedroom apartment with its own den and kitchen — the getting-ready room, the late-night room, and the place the groomsmen keep their suits.

We keep a working directory of florists, photographers, bands, officiants, hair and makeup artists, and rental houses across the CSRA — Augusta, Summerville, Aiken, and Evans. Use ours, bring your own, or mix the two. There is no mandated vendor list.

Thursday arrivals, Sunday-night extensions, ceremony counts above forty, additional chef services, and a second Escalade run are all priced into your proposal rather than added at the end.
Rates are starting points for planning; final pricing depends on guest count, services, and dates. Every wedding is quoted privately by Mario. Georgia sales tax and Richmond County occupancy tax additional. Florals, photography, music, and alcohol are contracted separately. Direct-booking only.
