A 2-bedroom apartment with its own entrance, the roomier of the two ground-floor suites. Eat-in kitchen, full bath, and a slate patio that catches the afternoon sun.

Two-night minimum on all short-term bookings; three nights on holiday weekends. Georgia sales tax and Richmond County occupancy tax additional. Rates shown are direct-booking rates — no service or platform fee.
Whole house
Take the estate for family reunions, milestone birthdays, small wedding parties, and group weekends. Six bedrooms, four and a half baths, fourteen beds, and nobody else on property.

What’s included with every stay
The white Lexus RX 350 on property and private chef service are available to short-term guests on request, and are quoted with your dates rather than bundled into the nightly rate.

The Wilkshire sits on a quiet residential street in Summerville, Augusta’s historic Hill neighborhood — close enough to walk to breakfast, far enough that you hear birds instead of traffic.
Restaurants, coffee, and a bottle shop four minutes from the front door. The easiest dinner of your weekend.
Broad Street dining, the Riverwalk, and the Augusta Museum of History, eight minutes down the hill.
Public and semi-private courses across the CSRA; the concierge books tee times and the practice green is on the property.
Horse country, downtown Aiken, and Hitchcock Woods, fifteen minutes across the state line.
