The Wilkshire House is a 3,914-square-foot private estate in historic Summerville, divided into three self-contained suites — 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in total. One owner answers the phone, quotes the date, and signs the agreement.

A private estate, not a rental

Ceremony on the lawn, reception in the breakfast-sunroom and dining room, and full-house lodging for the wedding party across three suites with separate private entrances — the party sleeps where it celebrates.

Concierge included with every event

Every wedding, honeymoon, and retreat booking includes a private chef and daily housekeeping through the stay, plus two on-property vehicles — a Lexus RX 350 for logistics and a white Cadillac Escalade for the arrival shot. Nothing to bolt on.

The Wilkshire House is part of Magnolia Reserve — a private collection of Southern hospitality experiences that includes a sister estate at Rivershyre and a 76-foot luxury yacht, The Croupier, based in Fort Pierce, Florida. Combined packages — an Augusta wedding with a Bahamas honeymoon aboard The Croupier — are available for qualified planner inquiries.
