Below are two self-contained ground-floor suites: The Azalea (2 bed / 1 bath, roomy eat-in kitchen and a really cool tile patio) and The Dogwood (2 bed / 1 bath, smaller eat-in kitchen and a compact shower-only bath — comfy and cozy). Each has its own kitchen, washer and dryer, and private entrance.

Rent a single suite and you'll never meet the other guests unless you want to. Rent all three and the property becomes one six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath estate for your group alone.

The three suites

The Magnolia. The Azalea. The Dogwood.

Named for the trees and blooms of the Georgia spring, and listed here best-to-most-modest. The Magnolia upstairs is the flagship — 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and three decks. The Azalea is the roomier of the two ground-floor suites, with its own private patio of its own. The Dogwood is the smallest and cosiest. Every one has its own front door, kitchen, laundry, and living space.

Step out of The Magnolia's living room onto one of its private decks — and onto a multi-hole synthetic green with its own sand trap. It is the first thing golf guests photograph and the last place wedding guests leave. Ceremonies have been held beside it; so have five-dollar putting contests at dusk.
