The Wilkshire House Summerville · Augusta, GA
The main home at 2417 Wilkshire Drive: board-and-batten siding, stone accents, and the deck rail above the garage

The Property

Three homes under one roof.

3,914 square feet. Six bedrooms, four and a half baths. Three private entrances — and one deck with a putting green on it.

How it is arranged

One residence, three complete homes.

The house is divided by floor. The entire second floor is the main home — The Magnolia, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths: sprawling living and kitchen, a breakfast-sunroom that opens to the backyard, three decks, and a master bath with a separate soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Below are two self-contained ground-floor suites: The Azalea (2 bed / 1 bath, roomy eat-in kitchen and a really cool tile patio) and The Dogwood (2 bed / 1 bath, smaller eat-in kitchen and a compact shower-only bath — comfy and cozy). Each has its own kitchen, washer and dryer, and private entrance.

Rent a single suite and you'll never meet the other guests unless you want to. Rent all three and the property becomes one six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath estate for your group alone.

6 bedrooms · 4.5 baths · 3,914 sq ft in total. The Magnolia is 2 bed / 2.5 bath; The Azalea is 2 bed / 1 bath; The Dogwood is 2 bed / 1 bath.

The three suites

The Magnolia. The Azalea. The Dogwood.

Named for the trees and blooms of the Georgia spring, and listed here best-to-most-modest. The Magnolia upstairs is the flagship — 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and three decks. The Azalea is the roomier of the two ground-floor suites, with its own private patio of its own. The Dogwood is the smallest and cosiest. Every one has its own front door, kitchen, laundry, and living space.

Three decks, one green

Two off the living room. One at the front door.

The master suite

A soaking tub and a walk-in shower — not one or the other.
